These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Commercial RE Hub website, digital products, physical merchandise, resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Commercial RE Hub, LLC (“Commercial RE Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through this website.
2. Commercial Real Estate Forms and Digital Products
Commercial RE Hub offers digital commercial real estate forms, templates, checklists, timelines, marketing resources, and related materials.
All digital products are provided for general informational and business-use purposes only. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, brokerage advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, accountant, broker, or other licensed professional.
Laws, lease terms, local customs, and transaction requirements vary by location and situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting any template or form to your own needs and for obtaining professional advice when appropriate.
Commercial RE Hub does not guarantee that any digital product is complete, current, legally sufficient, enforceable, or suitable for a particular transaction or jurisdiction.
3. License to Use Digital Products
Upon purchase, Commercial RE Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, reproduce for commercial resale, publish, claim ownership of, or make the digital products available to others except as expressly permitted in writing by Commercial RE Hub.
4. Payments and Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled through Fourthwall and its payment providers.
We may change product prices, descriptions, availability, and promotional offers at any time before purchase. A price change will not affect an order already completed.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & FAQ policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable after delivery or access, except where required by applicable law or where a product is materially defective.
Physical merchandise, if offered, may be made to order and is subject to the return and quality-issue procedures stated in our Returns & FAQ policy.
6. CRE RentCalc
CRE RentCalc: Commercial Rent Calculator is intended to provide general lease-cost estimates based on information entered by the user.
Results are estimates only. They are not a lease quote, legal interpretation, tax determination, financial analysis, or professional advice. Actual lease obligations may differ based on lease language, operating expenses, taxes, concessions, rent escalations, local requirements, and other transaction-specific factors.
CRE RentCalc may be sold separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, payment processing, refunds, and account matters related to the app are subject to the applicable app-store provider’s terms and policies, as well as any app-specific terms or privacy notice we publish.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all forms, templates, graphics, text, logos, branding, website content, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Commercial RE Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Services or purchase of a product.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including editable-template platforms and app stores.
Commercial RE Hub does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, pricing, account requirements, outages, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial RE Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial RE Hub, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Commercial RE Hub for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Commercial RE Hub, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
