Commercial RE Hub, LLC (“Commercial RE Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download or use CRE RentCalc: Commercial Rent Calculator (“CRE RentCalc” or the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

CRE RentCalc does not require users to create an account, register, sign in, or provide personal information to use the App.

We do not intentionally collect through the App:

• Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or mailing addresses

• Account usernames or passwords

• Precise or approximate location information

• Contacts, photographs, videos, or files stored on your device

• Camera or microphone information

• Financial-account or payment-card information

• Advertising identifiers

• Browsing history or search history

• Health, biometric, or other sensitive personal information

2. Calculator Information

The App allows users to enter information such as:

• Square footage

• Base rent per square foot

• Common area maintenance charges

• Sales-tax percentages

• Other figures used to calculate estimated commercial rent

This information is entered voluntarily for calculation purposes. The calculations are performed within the App.

Commercial RE Hub does not receive, transmit, or store these calculator entries on its servers. The information is not associated with a user account or used to identify the user.

Users should not enter confidential, personally identifiable, or legally protected information into the calculator fields.

3. User Accounts

CRE RentCalc does not currently provide user accounts, profiles, registration, or login functionality.

Because the App does not create user accounts, there is no App account information for Commercial RE Hub to retain or delete.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

CRE RentCalc does not currently use third-party advertising networks or sell personal information.

The App is not designed to track users across other applications or websites for advertising purposes.

Commercial RE Hub does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

5. App Store Purchases

CRE RentCalc may be purchased or downloaded through an application marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payments and marketplace transactions are processed by the applicable application marketplace. Commercial RE Hub does not receive or store your complete credit-card, debit-card, or other payment-account information.

The application marketplace may provide Commercial RE Hub with limited transaction information, sales reports, download statistics, refund information, or aggregated performance information. The marketplace independently handles information according to its own privacy policies and terms.

6. Device and Diagnostic Information

Your device manufacturer, operating-system provider, or application marketplace may independently collect technical, diagnostic, download, or crash information according to its own settings and privacy practices.

Commercial RE Hub does not use such information to create advertising profiles or track users across unrelated applications or websites.

If diagnostic or crash-reporting services are added directly to CRE RentCalc in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the information collected, the service provider involved, and how the information is used.

7. Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact Commercial RE Hub for customer support, questions, or feedback, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your name

• Your email address

• The contents of your message

• Screenshots or other attachments you choose to provide

• Information about the device or App issue you are reporting

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, maintain business records, protect our legal rights, and improve the App.

Do not send confidential lease information, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through a support message.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information voluntarily provided through customer-support communications may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary:

• To service providers assisting with email, website hosting, customer support, security, or business operations

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or lawful governmental requests

• To investigate fraud, security incidents, unlawful activity, or violations of our terms

• To protect the rights, safety, property, or legal interests of Commercial RE Hub, our users, or others

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of the business

Service providers may use information only as necessary to provide their contracted services or comply with applicable law.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Because CRE RentCalc does not currently collect calculator entries or maintain user accounts on Commercial RE Hub servers, we do not retain those entries and have no corresponding App account information to delete.

Information voluntarily submitted through customer-support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to the request

• Maintain appropriate business records

• Resolve disputes

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Enforce agreements

• Comply with legal obligations

You may request deletion of personal information that you previously submitted directly to Commercial RE Hub by contacting us at the email address listed below. We may retain information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

No electronic transmission, device, application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and operating-system credentials.

11. Children’s Privacy

CRE RentCalc is designed as a business utility for individuals involved in commercial real estate. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information directly to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may be downloaded through or operate on services provided by third parties, including Apple and Google. Those companies may collect information independently under their own privacy policies, account settings, and contractual terms.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information handled by Commercial RE Hub in connection with CRE RentCalc. It does not control the independent privacy practices of Apple, Google, device manufacturers, mobile carriers, or other third parties.

13. International Users

CRE RentCalc is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, information you voluntarily provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.

The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law or application-marketplace rules.
