Digital Products
Commercial RE Hub sells digital commercial real estate forms, templates, checklists, and related downloadable resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, included files, and compatibility information carefully.
If you experience a problem accessing a purchased digital file or receive a file that is materially defective, contact us at support@commercialrehub.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the delivery or access issue.
Refunds will not be provided because a customer no longer needs the product, purchased the wrong item, did not review the product description, or is unable to use third-party software or services required to edit a template.
Editable Templates and Third-Party Platforms
Some digital products may include editable templates or links to third-party platforms, such as Canva. Access to and use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and service availability.
Commercial RE Hub is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, pricing, or feature limitations imposed by a third-party platform.
Physical Merchandise
If physical merchandise is offered through this website in the future, it may be made to order.
Physical merchandise may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the order. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include the order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Customers are encouraged to contact support promptly after discovering this issue.
General returns, exchanges, change-of-mind requests, and sizing-related returns are not accepted for made-to-order merchandise, except where required by applicable law.
CRE RentCalc App Purchases
CRE RentCalc is sold separately through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes for the app are governed by the applicable app-store provider’s policies.
